We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of any third-party rights.

7. Our own Services

7.1 Flexible Ticket

7.1.1 The Flexible Ticket, if purchased during the booking process, allows you to change the date and/or time of your flight booking without incurring change fees from us or the airline. It is important to note that the Flexible Ticket is our exclusive service, and rebooking requests must be made through our customer service, as indicated in Section 7.1.4.

7.1.2 The Flexible Ticket permits flight rebooking under the following conditions:

• Rebookings must adhere to the guidelines stated in Section 7.1.4 and be made at least 24 hours prior to the original departure time.
• Rebooking is only possible within the same airline, meaning the flight can only be changed to another flight operated by the same airline as the original booking.
• Flight segments must be utilized in the same sequence as initially booked.
• Upgrading to a different cabin or booking class on the same flight is not allowed.
• Rebooking for extended stopovers (staying longer in a connection city than originally planned) is not permitted.
• Changing the origin and/or destination is not possible for both outbound and return flights.
• The Flexible Ticket does not allow changes to passenger names.
• Each journey can only be rebooked once. Once the change is confirmed, the Flexible Ticket has been fully utilized.
• In the case of rebooking, the new trip must be completed within one year from the original booking date. Commencing the new trip within 24 hours of the change request is not allowed.
• The booking becomes non-refundable once the Flexible Ticket service has been utilized.

7.1.3 The Flexible Ticket must be purchased during the booking process and cannot be added afterwards.

7.1.4 To initiate a rebooking using the Flexible Ticket service, please contact our customer service during regular business hours.

7.1.5 Rebooking is considered complete only after we have confirmed it via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to our customer service.

7.1.6 The rebooking of flights using the Flexible Ticket service is subject to availability. If the desired change results in a higher-priced ticket or affects eligibility for special pricing (e.g., for small children), any additional costs will be your responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences the rebooking may have on additional services booked directly with the airline, such as extra baggage or seat reservations.

7.1.7 If you choose to cancel the flight, the price paid for the Flexible Ticket service will not be refunded.

7.1.8 If you fail to show up for a segment of the journey, the rebooking option provided through the Flexible Ticket service will no longer be valid.

7.2 Self-transfer Guarantee:

7.2.1 If your booking includes the Self-transfer Guarantee, it will be clearly indicated during the booking process and on your confirmation. Please note that the Self-transfer Guarantee only applies to the specific part of your booking marked as "self-transfer" if you have other flight connections.

7.2.2 The Self-transfer Guarantee applies in the following cases (referred to as "Changes"), except for the exclusions mentioned below:

• If any of your flights are rescheduled, delayed, or cancelled by the respective airline, causing you to miss your destination flights.
• If you miss a connecting flight due to baggage delays or losses beyond your control.
• If you miss a connecting flight due to customs or immigration processes beyond your control.

7.2.3 The Self-transfer Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

• If the Change only affects flights within the same ticket (issued as one e-ticket/PNR). In such cases, the airline responsible for those flights should handle any issues or flight changes directly.
• If the Change is due to force majeure situations outside the airline's control, such as political instability, extreme weather conditions, security risks, strikes, major airport limitations, or airline bankruptcy/insolvency.
• If the Change results from actions reasonably within your control, including not having the required travel documents or breaching airline rules and restrictions.
• f you travel with checked baggage despite booking a self-transfer trip marked as "no checked bag" (i.e., a self-transfer trip with a short connection time).
• If you made changes to your booking without our prior approval.

7.2.4 It is essential to inform us promptly by telephone if you wish to utilize the Self-transfer Guarantee after becoming aware of a Change. Contact details can be found in the preamble. Failure to notify us without delay will result in the forfeiture of your right to use the Self-transfer Guarantee.

7.2.5 Self-transfer Guarantee Assistance offers the following options after being informed of a Change:

• Alternative flight(s) to your final destination at our expense (specific flight(s) will be communicated to you).
• A refund of the price paid for the unused flight(s) at the time of booking.
• Flight(s) for returning to the airport of your departure at our expense (specific flight(s) will be communicated to you).

If reasonable flight(s) to your final destination are not available, we may suggest alternative airports and transportation costs to the alternative airport will be covered by us.

If there are more than 48 hours until the original departure time of the affected flight, we will make the decision on one of the options stated in 7.2.5 at our sole discretion.

7.2.6 Your acceptance of the offered assistance:

You must promptly respond with your choice after receiving additional information on the options outlined in subsections 5 (a)-(c) above. If we do not receive your response within a reasonable time (not exceeding 24 hours), your right to use the Self-transfer Guarantee will be forfeited.

7.2.7 Additional Compensations:

In addition to the rights detailed in Section 7.2, the Self-transfer Guarantee entitles you to the following compensations:

• Accommodation: If a Change occurs with short notice, leaving you without accommodation between 22:00 and 08:00, we will cover the costs for one or several nights of accommodation. The compensation is limited to a total of 100 USD per passenger covered by the Self-transfer Guarantee. Any compensation received from the airline for accommodation will be deducted from the Self-transfer Guarantee refund.
• Meals and Beverages: If a Change leads to a flight delay of more than 4 hours, we will cover the costs of meals and beverages up to a total of 12 USD per passenger covered by the Self-transfer Guarantee. Any compensation received from the airline for meals and/or beverages will be deducted from the Self-transfer Guarantee refund.

Please note that you will need to cover the expenses yourself and provide us with receipts for reimbursement of these expenses.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately

10. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any time. We will consider requests to remove links but are not obligated to or responsible for responding to you directly.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on this website. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or that the materials on the website are kept up to date.
